Necessary documents
1)A paper application specifying the petitioner’s quality, the location and size of the land, the nature of the work and the destination of the buildings.
2)A certificate of ownership or a petition judgment or other document attributing the ownership of the parcel, on which it is intended to build (2 certified copies)
3)The plan of the land title, or, if the land is not registered, a plan book drawn up by an authorized land surveyor.
4)Two stamped envelopes bearing the address of the applicant for the permit.
5)A single tax return copy.
6)A Municipal tax clearance.
7)Copy of CIN.
